More about Pastor Paul
Pastor Paul is deeply passionate about serving others and helping them grow in their relationship with God. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2004. Since then, he has cared for injured federal employees in Garden Grove, Chino, Azusa, and Riverside, often sharing the love of Christ with his patients—so much so that many affectionately call him “Pastor Paul” rather than “Dr. Evans.”
His heart is to teach God’s Word, guide others in understanding the Holy Spirit, and provide spiritual and emotional support to those around him. Pastor Paul has served in various roles at multiple churches and is a graduate of the Water of Life Community Church School of Ministry, completing the two-year program alongside his wife, Doreen. Together, they have celebrated 30 years of marriage and are blessed with four adult sons and two grandsons. After graduating, Pastor Paul also served as an instructor, leading Equipping classes and School of Ministry classes on How to Share Your Faith, Gifts of the Holy Spirit, and Person and Ministry of the Holy Spirit.
Outside of ministry, Pastor Paul enjoys playing guitar and drums, boating, and flying planes. He is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and animal lover, currently enjoying life with his newest family member—his yellow Labrador Retriever, Shiloh.
